Created for Presents Space Magazine, this visual project explores the suspended human body as a space between gravity and weightlessness, stillness and movement. Developed alongside an essay by Billy of ISBN on the suspended human form throughout art history, the series approaches the body as both a physical presence and a sculptural element.Through movement, gesture and carefully composed imagery, the performers inhabit a series of suspended states where the body becomes something fluid, shifting between tension and release. The choreography was conceived to explore the physical possibilities of suspension — moments of balance, instability and transformation — allowing the body to occupy space beyond its conventional forms.Rather than illustrating the accompanying essay literally, the project translates its ideas into a visual and physical language. Styling, props and movement work together to create compositions where the distinction between body and object begins to dissolve, turning the performers into living sculptures within the frame.
